Sales Policy:

The order is taken subject to availability of material. Quantity is shipped in the same quantity ordered unless specified otherwise. Only items shipped are extended on the invoice at the price in effect at the time of shipment. Any sales, excise, or other special taxes assessed by federal, state, or other provincial authorities in effect at the time of shipment shall be for the purchaser’s account.

Harvest Hero’s Grow-On Guarantee:

If for any reason you, the end-user, is not 100% satisfied with the performance of your Harvest Hero product, we will refund you the purchase (see details below) price or provide you with a replacement Harvest Hero product. Please contact Harvest Hero’s product support team by email at info@harvesthero.com. Proof of purchase will be required for refund or replacement.

Claim Procedure:

Claims for defective Harvest Hero merchandise must be made within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Any claim for defective material returns must be packed in original packaging. Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original sales invoice. If the claim is justified, the item(s) will be repaired or replaced, or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to deliver exceptional product support.

Sales Tax Policy:

Due to state and local sales and use tax laws, we are currently required to collect applicable sales and use taxes on purchases being shipped to the following states: Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Maine, New Jersey, Nevada, and Oklahoma. If your purchase is exempt from sales and use tax, please forward a copy of your exemption certificate to SalesTaxExemption@harvesthero.com. Please make out the Vendor/Supplier to be Dicaperl Minerals, LLC
